BISTA experts attend FEE Congress |

R. William Phelps, CARANA Corporation and BISTA Program Manager and
Dr. Gert Karreman, BISTA Principal Investigator, internationally
recognized experts in accountancy reform, attended the 3rd FEE Annual European SME/SMP Congress 6-7 September 2007 in The Hague.
The BISTA project team took this opportunity meet with their European
counterparts, including SEEPAD President Dr. Marin Toma, as well as plan upcoming
important initiatives, including expansion of the Twinning program to
other countries, like Macedonia and Albania. Other topics discussed were continued refinement of
the Accounting Reform Index (ARI) and further development of a Practice Mobility study.
